1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SetupClaw (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SetupClaw provides 1-click deployment and management of OpenClaw AI gateway instances on dedicated cloud servers. The Service includes server provisioning, configuration, and ongoing hosting for the duration of your active subscription.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your server

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam, malware, or engage in phishing
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your server will be decommissioned and data deleted within 7 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SetupClaw is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
